Let’s Get Going!

These are the following questions we generally ask the interviewees. I suggest that you prepare for all of the questions. I will ask you 6 questions. I don’t say memorize any answers but think through how you would respond to them so you can do that in a natural way when you come to the interview.

1. What do you like about doing a video resume?

2. Tell me 4 words that describe who you are as a person.

3. Give me an example of how you demonstrate one of those words.

4. What type of job are you looking for?

5. Give me an example of when you were the hero for the moment in your office.

6. What is your greatest strength and why?

7. 10 sec summary of your qualifications.

8. What makes you unique and why are you the best candidate for the job?

9. What are your hobbies — know how that shows a different side of you. Why you are involved with those hobbies.

10. Think of slogans — Amy Goodwin said she was a bottom line buster. Ann Schanley did a good job as well. Both of them were in Show 5. Debra Brafford was very organized and clear about her answers.

11. What type of team player are you? Give me an example of your team style.
